Farmhouse XL Chicken Coop - Up to 20 Chickens

Backyard chicken owners have requested that our Amish carpenters design an XL coop to comfortably house up to 20 chickens. So, our wonderful Amish Craftsmen went to work this Spring and began producing this very handsome coop in May. It has been a big hit! Heavy-duty and quality made, this coop is designed to be used in both hot AND cold climates. An OverEZ XL Coop makes life spacious for your chickens and EZ for you.

• We noticed that many chicken coops on the market are only made for having chickens seasonally and they didn’t come with a floor. So we got to work creating a chicken coop that will meet all your needs and will last many years.
• It is made in the USA and built by Amish-trained craftsmen! It is constructed out of wood and is heavy-duty.
• This chicken coop can be used in cold AND hot climates. Whether you live in the south with high humidity and heat or in the north with subfreezing temperatures and snow, this chicken coop can be for you!

• 3 Screened windows; the windows open and close for fresh air
• 6 Nesting boxes
• 2 Vents; vents are on each gable end on the upper point to let air flow through the coop
• 2 Roosts
• 1 Mandoor
• 1 Chicken door with treated wood ramp
• Flooring has a treated resin
  This material is designed for superior moisture resistance and helps with the moisture levels that chickens naturally produce
• Roof; the roof profile is designed so that rainwater runs off the back of the chicken coop keeping the water runoff away from your nesting boxes.
  In addition, the ceiling has radiant barrier sheathing to keep the coop cooler in the summer heat.

Easy Assembly

• All panels and trim are painted and assembled, all hardware is installed, doors & windows are installed, nesting boxes are assembled and metal is installed on the roof panel

Standard shipping is free for all orders in the continental US. Exclusions for free shipping apply to Hawaii and Alaska. Expedited rates are available on some items.

We ship smaller items via small package freight such as FedEx or UPS. They will drop this off at your front door without making an appointment. 

Important information about your Chicken Coop and or Chicken run delivery.

We ship bigger items such as Coops, Runs via LTL freight.  The shipping company will call to set up a delivery time. LTL freight will come on a Tractor trailer with 50' or longer trailer. If a Tractor trailer cannot access your street, the shipper and OverEZ assumes no liability. You will take the responsibility to schedule an appointment with the shipping company to

(A)          Pick up the coop or run at the terminal.

(B)          Meet the truck to transfer the Freight to your vehicle.

Freight companies are only required to deliver your order to the bottom of your driveway. They do not go up your driveway or place your order in a specific location. 

If you are not able to meet the shipping criteria you will be responsible for the shipping fee to return the freight.

Missing Item

For every Coop or Run that you order there should be a SEPARATE pallet. If you are missing an item, please:

• Write number of items missing and the word SHORT on the BOL
